The MPB-001 is a multi-purpose box inspired by aluminium coal miners lunchboxes.
The box is made of all copper, with nickel hardware, and a leather strap. It is held together with copper blind rivets, and hand-worked copper rivets as well.
This massive box (15"L x 6.5"W x 9"H) could be used as a lunchbox for a Herman Munster-sized meal, as a toolbox, or for anything else you can cram into it.
The model shown in the photo was originally supposed to have much cleaner lines. An error on my part occurred when I accidentally ordered five feet (!) of soft temper copper rather than a hard temper copper.
Because it is made of soft copper, the box looks very old, and well abused which I think actually looks quite neat.
However, this lunchbox is still very strong. The durability of it was tested by putting a 15 pound anvil in it, with it then being shaken. No damage whatsoever other than a few extra dents.
